Education
Piano Lessons: in local schools
I started playing piano lessons when I was 7.
Started vocal lessons
University: the University of Music in Warsaw
University: Royal Conservatory in Brussels
University: International Opera Academy in Ghent
At the age of 20, I started vocal lessons and graduated from the Vocal Faculty at the Fredric Chopin University of Music in Warsaw, receiving a Master's Degree with Distinction.
In 2015 I graduated from the UDO Reinemann Lied Master-Classes at the Royal Conservatory in Brussels.
In 2017 I completed my studies at the International Opera Academy in Ghent (Operastudio Vlaanderen).
Concorso Internazionale di Musica Sacra
In September 2020 he was in the final of the Concorso Internazionale di Musica Sacra in Rome.
Scholarships
He received two scholarships from the Polish Ministry of Culture and National Heritage among other things as international scholarships.
International vocal competitions
Artur Rożek won first prizes at prestigious international vocal competitions in Poland, Austria, and Finland, and in September 2016 was a finalist in the 51st International Vocal Competition in 's
Hertogenbosch.
highlights during his career
The talented baritone has performed roles in operas by Pergolesi, Telemann, Mozart, Salieri, Haydn, Galuppi, Rossini, Smetana, Moniuszko, Tchaikovsky, Strauss, Verdi, and Britten in opera theaters both inside and outside Poland, including the National Opera Theater in Warsaw, Chamber Opera Warsaw, Kunsthuis Opera Vlaanderen, La Monnaie and BOZAR in Brussels. During these productions, he worked with highly regarded conductors such as Lothar Koenigs, Alain Altinoglu, Cornelius Meister, Stephen Ellery, Łukasz Borowicz, and Tadeusz Kozłowski.
